In response to the COVID -19 pandemic the well-being of our patients, guests and of our staff is our absolute priority, and you can be assured that health and safety has our complete attention.

All of our employees are fully aware of the current requirements and are undertaking high levels of health and safety procedure to ensure the highest possible hygiene standards throughout every aspect of the clinic, In line with and exceeding the guidance of Public Health England and that of our Regulatory body.

WASHING HANDS remains one of the top ways to prevent the transmission of colds, the flu and other transmittable illnesses. You will notice that we have installed a NEW SINK in the entrance area for extra hand washing on entering the building – We ask that everybody please do WASH YOUR HANDS when you arrive.

​

SANITISER is provided at the entrance area sink and on the front desk as well as in all treatment rooms for your convenience.

The team are WIPING DOWN ALL SURFACES, DOORKNOBS AND HANDRAILS REGULARLY.

​

Our PAY TERMINAL machine is brand new and easily wipeable with disinfectant. This is being done repeatedly between uses. In addition the contactless limit has now been increased to £100 so we are encouraging the use of this where possible.

​

In each treatment room BENCHES are CLEANED between each patient with DISINFECTANT and head roll paper changed.

​

Pillows have been replaced with hospital waterproof WIPEABLE PILLOWS.

​

Chiropractors are continuing to wear MASKS during your treatment.

​

In our toilet facilities, towels have been replaced with PAPER TOWELS and our cleaning schedule frequency has been increased.

​

TISSUES are available in treatment rooms and on reception, please cover your mouth and nose with a tissue or your sleeve (not your hand) when you cough or sneeze, and put the tissue in the bin straight away and wash your hands afterwards.

​

We continue to follow developments on a daily basis with intense scrutiny.
