Dr Cindy Groocock - Chiropractor

Qualified from the Anglo European College of Chiropractic, one of the top chiropractic training facilities in world, having gained an Honours degree in Neuromusculoskeletal sciences and a Masters degree in Chiropractic Sciences. She has since gone on to complete a post graduate certificates in Clinical Management and Dry Needling (acupuncture) and has gained advanced qualifications and experience in paediatric practice and pregnancy patient care.
Dr Cindy Groocock co founded the Kenilworth Chiropractic Clinic with her partner of five years Dr Peter Townsend in 2007. Having grown up in the midlands and working previously for a number of years in chiropractic clinics in Coventry and Nuneaton, Cindy had always been fond of Kenilworth and the surrounding areas and now feels very at home.
Having decided that she wanted to become a chiropractor at just 14 years old Cindy feels she has truly found her calling and feels passionate and enthusiastic about chiropractic. She has especially enjoyed helping many celebrities and sports professionals and is one of the official chiropractors for the World Wrestling Entertainment team (WWE).
Dr Peter Townsend - Chiropractor

Qualified from the Anglo European College of Chiropractic, one of the top chiropractic training facilities in world, in 2002, having gained an Honours degree in Human science and a Masters degree in Chiropractic. Peter has since gone on to gain further qualifications in Dry Needling (acupuncture). Having worked in private practice on the South coast for six years Dr Peter Townsend cofounded Kenilworth Chiropractic Clinic with his partner of five years Dr Cindy Groocock.
Coming from a medical family, Peter decided to become a chiropractor after his father was greatly helped following a severe car accident. Prior to pursuing his chiropractic training, Peter was a British and English National champion sailor, and won both the nations cup, and was the winning helmsman for his class in the yachting Fastnet Race.
Using his knowledge of high level sports, Peter has provided chiropractic care to premiership footballers, current Olympic teams, superbike champions and recently joined Cindy in working with the WWE wrestling tour.
Jan Bilby - Practice Manager

Jan Joined Kenilworth chiropractic clinic in September 2009, making her the newest member of our team. Jan previously worked for eight years as a coordinator at CEVA logistics.
“I am very proud to be part of the Kenilworth Chiropractic Team and I enjoy my role immensely. Having had chiropractic treatment over the past 20 years myself, its wonderful to now be part of a team helping so many others to be pain free and give them a better quality of life.
I have a son and daughter who I’m very proud of, my son has his own construction company, and my daughter is a Doctor of Chiropractic. I also have a stepson and a stepdaughter currently at high school and college. My interests are theatre, music and going out for meals.”
Jane Lewis – Receptionist

Jane started working for Kenilworth Chiropractic Clinic in February 2008, having previously worked for a doctors surgery for a number of years. Jane has a bubbly outgoing personality and is a crazy part of the team, earning her the title ‘Crazy Jane’!
“I find working in the clinic a fun and enjoyable experience and since working here I have had regular chiropractic treatment. I now feel I have a far more full filling lifestyle, due to being almost pain free, having suffered for the last 2 years with severe neck and back pain.
I do voluntary counselling in my spare time, as well as enjoying eating out, going to concerts, listening to music and having loads of fun with my special daughter who has also had chiropractic treatment by Cindy and Pete”.
Carolyn Eaves – Receptionist

Carolyn joined Kenilworth Chiropractic Clinic in February 2008 having previously worked as a student support assistant at City College, Coventry and before that as the administrator for Coventry Rape and Sexual Abuse Centre.
Carolyn has 3 daughters, one of whom is a physiotherapist, one at university training to be a primary school teacher and the youngest who is studying for her GCSE’s and wants a career in musical theatre.
Carolyn has received regular chiropractic treatment including acupuncture, which she has found to be very beneficial and her daughter found great relief from treatment when she had tightening of her vocal chords, which was affecting her singing. Carolyn enjoys going to the theatre, eating out, going on holiday and loves working with the team and patients at Kenilworth.
Catherine Jackson – Receptionist

Catherine (also known as Kate) joined Kenilworth Chiropractic Clinic in March after completing a Nursing Diploma from the University of Birmingham. Catherine strongly believes in Chiropractic treatment and has received treatment from an early age from her aunty. Having received acupuncture at the clinic she has noticed a remarkable difference and has been headache free!
She has taken up a new challenge by training as a Sports and Remedial Massage Therapist at the Oxford University Sports Complex, with fantastic support from the team. Once qualified, she will be able to offer Sports and Remedial Massage at the clinic.
“I thoroughly enjoy working at the clinic, everyone in the team is a friend as well as a work colleague and I love to meet the patients that visit. In my spare time I love going to see shows, cook but most of all spending time with friends and travelling to new places”.
